There are 3 KPI related to cashflow such as;

Bank Balances

Definition : amount of money available in a bank account

Cash Flow from Operation

Definition : Cash generated from core business activities.

Important : Essential for understanding the company’s ability to sustain operations.

Formula : Cash In-flows from Operating Activities - Cash Out-flows from Operating Activities

Free Cash Flow

Definition : Cash generated from core business activities.

Important : Helps track how long cash reserves will last.

Formula : Total Cash In-flow - Total Cash Out-flow or Total Cash in-flow - Total OPEX
